Aesrn insists you're a very Happy Customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase here. Before shipping out, we'll check every detail of the product for you, make sure that the related accessories are included. Our QC department inspects products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

But in some cases, a customer may want to return an item. Before returning items to us, please read and follow our sincere instructions below. We'll appreciate your carefully reading on our return policy and making sure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.

1. Orders canceled within1 daysof payment confirmed will be eligible for you to get a full refund. 
2. Orders canceled2 dayafter payment confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and70%of the product purchase price.
3. Orders canceled3 daysafter payment confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and50%of the product purchase price.
4.After 3 daysof payment confirmed, your order can NOT be cancelled any more. We can only refund the full shipping cost! 


No condition return in 7 days
The buyer should inspect the appearance and accessories of the goods carefully after receiving the goods. If the appearance is damaged, please offer the photos to kollowm.com and report it to the logistic company. kollowm.com will claim the logistic company depending on the evidence that the buyer offered.
 
Logistics damage
All products from our company have 30 days quality warranty and free-repair for quality problems. The buyer pay for the delivery cost to kollowm.com while kollowm.com pay for the delivery cost to the buyer.
Buyers can return goods within 7 days after receive  if you have a problem .The buyer should pay for the delivery cost of the return and shipment and can’t influence the article sale of the goods.
 

Disclaimer

If the buyer’s local customs ask for the custom duties while the goods shipped, the buyer should solve it by themselves. If the buyer doesn’t handle in time but ask for return the goods, kollowm.com have the right to refuse.
